About the Founder:
Karen Semone

I'm a digital storyteller, idea incubator, and CXO conviction-builder who believes AI does its best work in skilled human hands. The more creative those hands, the better.

I spearheaded Salesforce's first cross-industry innovation studio, accelerating customer transformation and ROI. I've researched, written, and spoken about the future of work, the future of service, and what it takes to become AI-ready.

Previously, I was an agency leader driving key initiatives for IBM, Slack, Cargill, and other Fortune 500 brands, plus a roster of tech startups.

Today I lead TeamUncanny, a small but potent fractional bench of curious, high-energy strategists, marketers, and creatives. We help leaders sharpen their thinking and empower their teams to do their most original work.
